I tried this stuff called biolustre, but it didn't work very well.
My natural color is light brown, yet I have bleached my hair in the past, and it is still coppery blonde. The new growth is fine, obviously, yet the old stuff is brittle and staw-like. I stopped straightening it about 2 or 3 weeks ago and it grew more and stopped breaking. It is still frizzy, though. Any ideas on how to cure frizzy, brittle hair?

i would try a renewal shampoo/conditioner set. like this:

or this:

anything that's hydrating should work.
i also recommend getting a haircut.

Damaged hair CANNOT be repaired. It's already dead, so no amount of conditioning will fix it. It's the same concept as when you break a nail...it won't grow back together. The ONLY thing you can do it cut it.

Ok, you probley dont wanna do this but basicly chop off all the damaged parts. Maybe consider a bob (chic). Also get a hair mask, and use mosturizing shampoo plus conditioner, leave the conditioner in for @ LEAST 5 mins. NO HAIRSPRAY OR GEL!!
