Conrows are kinda like really small french plaits. Quite easy if you cam plait hair. If you have afro hair they are easier to put in. You would be better asking around for someone who does it from home or who would come to your house to do it.

what i find really cute is half up half down with very very soft curls. Also it depends on your dress though this hairstyle is super cute. Also if you have bangs you can do a small widows peak ( a poof in the front) or leave them down and straight while the rest has soft curls. Well good luck!

Go to a salon and have them style it. If you have long hair, half up with curls would be really pretty. You could also get a casual up do or have them give you a cool trendy style. Just ask them what they think would look good.

It depends on waht your family think is appropriate. If your family is traditional I'd go with a hair down or maybe a half up half down tied with a vintage accesory. You don't want to scare your grandma. If you wore an up-do it would be kind of hard to wear your cap and not loook like a boy.

Don't try anything too crazy, or poofy on top, or anything that will make it hard for you too put your graduation cap on... You don't want to look like your cap is floating on top of your head...

If your hair is short or shoulder lenght, try a nice cute pin on one side, and let the other side hang loose.

If it is over the shoulder long, try a low side pony behind the ears with a fancy hair clip or even a pretty brooch!

shave in the same direction as the hair grows. it might be different all over the face. and use a new razor each time. you might need to shave more often , but if it gets rid of the bumps it's worth it.

i do straight razor shaves; but you might have to go to an older barber to find someone who will do it for you.

Depending on what type of hair you have: curly, wavy, straight, coarse, fine... the style suggestion might differ here are some ideas:

For wavy hair or curly, I really don't like the Olsen twins but they both have a beautiful hair style that really frames their face- Soft medium layers cut a little above the chin and curled outwards (A modern take on Ferrah Fawcetts famous hair syle) They have their hair cut in three layers- shorter in front, a layer cut in back and then the longest layer lies underneath. This look still keeps the hair long but creates a fun and sheek layering look that is very in right now. Keeping the two front layers a little longer and parting in the middle creates a trendy yet natural hair style that I love. Curling your hair with a larger curling iron can help create the soft wave they have and a lighter hair spray and shine pommade helps tame the curls and hold the style. The front layer should be curled then combed in the opposite direction so it flips out, you can also create this look with your fingers. I especially love Mary Kates light honey brown color with the blonde high lights.

For straight hair I really love the texturing look- Penelope Cruz has this look down. It's a pretty simple proccess, just trimming the hair and then the stylist will take thinning shears and create many layers through out the hair. It gives straight hair more volume and dimension. A side swept bang is very in right now. Since it's so uniform I always suggest playing with color have them put a stripe of platinum blonde or a dark marroon to create contrast on the bang. I love baby bangs too and if you have the stylist leave the outer sides of the bangs longer it doesn't look severe- it looks very 60's chic, having some low lights placed in them is fun.

As for color it all depends on skin tone and what you are comfortable with- if you have naturally dark hair going light blonde can destroy the hair and can also just turn out orange so stray away from going there if you can. Color is fun though, when you go in to get your hair done ask the stylist what she would suggest for your skin tone. Use a straigtening product like Bed Head Super Straight to get that silky look and blow dry any kinks out when hair is damp.

A nice "Layered look" looks good on just about anyone. Several years ago, I chopped my elbow-length hair into a cut with three layers. And I loved it! (This style also helps your hair look fuller.)

first of all, for your frizzy and kinky part..i am now using a different shampoo and conditioner..separately. I use Garnier Fructis with nutritive fruit micro-oils fortifying shampoo sleek and shine..it's for frizzy, dry or unmanageable hair. I use this in a separate conditioner too as well...and it helps my hair ALOT cuz mine gets frizzy and unmanageable too. I leave the conditioner in for at least a minute or two..then rinse. So try that shampoo and conditioner..in separate bottles! it's a green bottle so you can't miss it! That should help with the frizzy and kinky part. second of all..as for the haircut..you should get it layered out..maybe u might like that. Also get that shampoo and conditioner..separately! it works on me!!!

I think you should have a rich brown on the underneath part of your hair, then high lights and low lights (perhaps copper) on the crown and on the sides with some bleach blonde highlights in the front to accent your face.

I would recommend side bangs because almost everyone has them and they are absoulutely fantastic.Layered cuts are absoulutely gorgeous and sexy but they have only a limited amount of ahirstyles to do because of the layers they are cut into.You can leave it straight with bangs so you can do many varieties of hairstyles including making it curly.Good luck. =)

Get a chopped layer, but not too short with bangs. It will give your hair fullness. That way you can wear it straight,curly, or put it up with clips or whatever. Don't change your color, but if you can go with a little highlight for flare.

I personally think that you'd look nice with sideswept bangs, and very minute layers..that's just my opinion, but I'm not a hairstylist...I think what would be best would be to analyze some pictures, and then go to a professional and ask if it would suit you. Just stay away from red, because those woman are usually pale, and you would look odd. Try blonde. Blonde hair with tan skin sure looks nice.

how about a croppy type style? it works best on fine hair. something with some texture in it. there's also a new perm on the market for fine hair. it's a texturizing perm and it only has one step to it. it's an ISO brand. and it doesn't smell too bad , either.

I have super fine hair too. I know from experience that he best defense against fine hair is a good cut. The right hairstyle for her hair texture can make all the difference in the world.

Some hair products can help make hair appear slightly fuller, at least for a little while, and can help with holding a style in place, but there's no product out there for us yet, that can actually give us more hair.

A straight fringe (sorry - I'm English!) is quite in right now with slightly wavy hair (not too curly) - try large barrelled tongs or pinning your hair into two or three buns against your head when it is nearly dry, then letting it dry - you can mess it up a little with some wax.

Otherwise, if you want to try and keep it neat all day, the easiest thing is to put it up. You could try a classic ponytail (as sleek as you can make it) or for a funky edge, backcomb your hair at the crown and drag it up making sure it has lots of volume and is very messy - very summer chic! Or go for a loose bun style with lots of hair hanging out of the bun and round your face. As long as your fringe is straight and not all over the place, you can get away with most looks!

Get some Bedhead Manipulator, massage a nickel sized amount into your hands and saturate all hair thoroughly when damp after your shower. You can let it air dry then piece it with your fingers and a bit more bedhead and scrunch the hair or blow dry it.

I suddenly have a greasy feeling in my hair that can't be washed out. Shampoo's are thoroughly rinsed out and no conditioner used. The slickness is not coming from the scalp, it starts about 1/2 cm from my head. This started after washing my hair 2 days ago and has been scrubbed vigorously and washed many times since. Any ideas on what this is or more importantly, how to get rid of it?

When I used to use thick Murray's Pomade and other grease in my hair, if I needed to wash it out I used dish washing liquid. Just fill up an old shampoo bottle and fill it withe the extra strength dish washing stuff. Use that for the rough stuff, AND use regular shampoo after. But be aware that you'll have to use some conditioner or whatever because it is very rough on your hair.

I use treseme.. the black bottle for shampoo and the white one is the conditioner. It works great.

Neutrogena shampoo rids your hair of build up and oils, it's good to use it at least once a week. You'll find that your regular brand is more effective afterwards. Ask your stylist for a triangular cut with graduation in the back. The triangle shape gets longer in the front and will help elongate your face a little (also called front-daigonal cut). The graduation or 'stacking' will add lots of body to your hair

Girl Punk Hair Care Tips

These tips are for longevity in styles, but be warned that it doesn't come out for about a week.

(1) For the little freaks out there, gel is your starting point. Good kind of gel is a big tub of something called La Bella. It costs about $4.50 - beware of cheaper rip offs!! Use the blue and green ones - they are the only ones that don't smell really bad.

(2) Use hairspray - White Rain and Freeze Frame hair sprays are both great. Use loads and loads.

(3) Egg whites: these really stink, so don't keep it in without hair spray. Slowly make a hole in the egg with a knife or whatever, and let the clear translucent goop creep out; when you start seeing bright yellow - stop! DO NOT USE THE YOLKS.

(4) Knox Gelatin: this stuff works perfect for about a week, but it stinks like crazy! It is pure protein so it will attract flies if you get it wet. Mix in a bowl that you don't use for anything else. Mix with water, and nuke it for 45-50 seconds. You can find this stuff at the store for like 3 bucks it is the best.

(5) And finally, Elmers glue. This stuff works for people with fine hair or those with curly hair. Pour some onto your hand, grab a hunk of hair, pull and twist upwards. Do not just do one or two spikes, do 6 or 7. These are the A1 pimpin liberty spikes!!

You can try to curl your hair once in awhile, even just waves on the ends or your hair can be real pretty. Or try to flip your ends......better yet add some layers and when you straigten your hair flip the ends inside or out (inside is best! My hair is currently short and a fading blue.

Also, make sure that it frames your face (layer around the face).

I would trim off at least 1 inch on the bottom in front.

Long, wispy bangs would be cool; no part, if possible.

Color ideas: a rich reddish brown maybe with blonde tips. And don't forget the lowlights (dark brown) as well as highlights - in red.

More extreme style change: pixie cut, short layers, bangs -- this would really emphasize your face.

It depends on the style of bob you have, is it a textured bob? are is it a one length bob? if it's a textured bob with some graduation to it some darker peek a boo low lights look cool and give the style some movement. if it's a one length bob and you want to funk it up a bit you can have some partial low lights put thru your crown area to break up the blond . I would talk to the stylist you did your hair. have them take into consideration your life style and personality first. and please don't try to add any brown lowlights yourself at home most store bought color kits that are brown usually have an ash base to them so your hair might turn green. good luck and I hope you find the right color for you , just because some one suggest what they have in their hair and that it looks good on them might not look so good on you.

Add Violet Red Level 4 (burgundy in store bought dyes) lowlights.....Its hard to remove once you have colored it...so I woluld chunk it so you can bleach over it easily in a few months once you want another change...I had my hair this color and I got a lot of compliments...and it was pretty easy to get out once I got tired of it

if you love your color and just want to expiriment with something different i suggest a dark brown color. Have your stylist leave some of your blonde in so it just looks like you're a brunette with highlights... it's very cute and if that blonde is your natural color, it is low maintanence when your roots come back in, because they blend with the blonde highlights already in place... stay clear of red because that is the hardest color to maintain and chances are the red or even auburn color you REALLY want will only last a few days due to fading... and when you do get sick of red its very difficult to go back to just blonde in a way that doesn't fry your hair... my advice is to stick with a low maintanence color to go with your low maintenence cut... have fun with it!

i have the curliest hair out of everyone i know. i don't exaclty have any shampoos that i can recommend but what i use to keep my curls in tact and lessen frizz is a hair product called "Curls Rock" hair cream. you just apply it after you get out of the shower and you're good to go for the day.

when i take a shower i used johnsons and johnson baby for curly hair. then when i get out of the shower

i used Garnier softcurl cream.

this cream is the best because

it controls curls and fizz

I'm waiting for my appointment a few months from now I was just curious what could these symptoms mean:

I haven't had a period in six months and during that time I've gained weight rapidly (15 kg!). I'm much more hairy than I used to be (shaving is almost futile), especially facial hair.

When I did go for an appointment a few weeks ago I was told I had excess protein in my urine.

Any ideas? I'll know more when I go to my appointment but yet again I'm just wondering.

well, it could very well be PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) its a syndrome composed of Hirsurtism( abundant hair growth in face and genitals) weight gain, annovulation(meaning a woman doesn't ovulate) and Amennorreah ( not having a period for over 6 months, also you can have Hypothyroidism which makes you gain weight and lack of period. Excess protein in your urine may mean you probably have something wrong with your kidneys, I suggest going to an endocrinologist . Goodluck, and hope this helped.

Hi.. sounds exactly like PCOS.. I was diagnosed at 16.. had no period for about 9 months.. wasnt sexually active and hair growth like u wouldnt believe... I also gained about 35 pounds in about 3 months without changing my eating habits at all... it sort of depends on your face shape. if you have a sort of pointy face shape anthing will look good on you. if its round i would keep your hair long. maybe some side bangs? you could also buy some wide-barreled curlers or a wide barreled curling iron to make loose curls. ask your hairdresser before you make any dramatic changes. they know whats best for your face shape.

My mom won't let me get highlights or lighten my hair. I have black, fine, dry, curly hair. It breaks really easy so and I don't want to damage it to much. I don't want it straight I like the curls. I can't get it cut it would take years to grow back. So I guess any color ideas that would show up with out me having to bleach it. What i do is i use garnier fructise curling spritz gel, it helps define your natural curls, and i use a dryer with a difuser all the while scrunching my hair with my hands and fingers, on the hard curls. it helps give it more body, and everyone always compliments my hair. Or most of the time, i just use my straightener, and my hair is so shiny, straight, people love my hair both ways. she really has a blessing, cause she can wear it both ways. i used to hate my curly hair, now i love it.

Do not use Pantene Pro-V because you will never be able to curl her hair again. Try using Tre-semme. The moisturizing one. Use the shampoo and conditioner and then you can style it with the gel or mousse. Also I never blow dry my hair because when you have fine hair it ruins it to blow dry. Only do it if you have too. A cute hairstyle I do is take half of her hair like a half ponytail and make it into pigtails. Then use a waver over all of her hair.
