Hair that is all one length is not only a little boring it's also not really in style (I don't know if you care, but if you are a trendy sort of girl maybe you can appreciate that statement). Depending on what type of hair you have: curly, wavy, straight, coarse, fine... the style suggestion might differ here are some ideas:

For wavy hair or curly, I really don't like the Olsen twins but they both have a beautiful hair style that really frames their face- Soft medium layers cut a little above the chin and curled outwards (A modern take on Ferrah Fawcetts famous hair syle) They have their hair cut in three layers- shorter in front, a layer cut in back and then the longest layer lies underneath. This look still keeps the hair long but creates a fun and sheek layering look that is very in right now. Keeping the two front layers a little longer and parting in the middle creates a trendy yet natural hair style that I love. Curling your hair with a larger curling iron can help create the soft wave they have and a lighter hair spray and shine pommade helps tame the curls and hold the style. The front layer should be curled then combed in the opposite direction so it flips out, you can also create this look with your fingers. I especially love Mary Kates light honey brown color with the blonde high lights.
For straight hair I really love the texturing look- Penelope Cruz has this look down. It's a pretty simple proccess, just trimming the hair and then the stylist will take thinning shears and create many layers through out the hair. It gives straight hair more volume and dimension. A side swept bang is very in right now. Since it's so uniform I always suggest playing with color have them put a stripe of platinum blonde or a dark marroon to create contrast on the bang. I love baby bangs too and if you have the stylist leave the outer sides of the bangs longer it doesn't look severe- it looks very 60's chic, having some low lights placed in them is fun.
As for color it all depends on skin tone and what you are comfortable with- if you have naturally dark hair going light blonde can destroy the hair and can also just turn out orange so stray away from going there if you can. Color is fun though, when you go in to get your hair done ask the stylist what she would suggest for your skin tone. Use a straigtening product like Bed Head Super Straight to get that silky look and blow dry any kinks out when hair is damp.

staighten it and then put mousse on it or you can make it curly and then put on some mousse and a head band matching your shirt. it looks really KUTE!!!

How about curling it ,and putting the front up. Or you could straighten it. Or you could puff up the bangs, and put it in a pony tail, I like that due. Hope I helped Hun =)
