if it is pointed straight no one can do anythin as the new hair style wont last long!but u get new cuts done!!!!!!!!a bit of colouring!or streaks !!!!!!!makes a good diff!

it sort of depends on your face shape. if you have a sort of pointy face shape anthing will look good on you. if its round i would keep your hair long. maybe some side bangs? you could also buy some wide-barreled curlers or a wide barreled curling iron to make loose curls. ask your hairdresser before you make any dramatic changes. they know whats best for your face shape.

if it is maybe try curling it with some curling irons or straighners.
or
scrunch some moose into your hair when its damp for loose waves .
