I used to dye my hair constantly but after a recent disater off having to have it all cut off ive now learnt my lesson and left it alone sinse febuary.
Its grown past my shoulders but i have lots of little and longer layers.I do deep conditioning treatments twice a week.dont hair dry it and straighten it once or less a week.
however it seems 2 be taking forever to grow and is still quite dry.
Is there any foods i could eat to help inprove the condition.or any tips uve used in the past.would love my long hair back
cheers :):)

definitely try avocado with olive oil this is one of the best conditioners and treatments for your hair because its natural so no chemicals are added i would do it at least once a week and if you do it every time you wash your hair you'll see a huge difference!! hope this helps!! good luck!!

use mayo.
put it all over your head and leave it in for 10-15 minutes. then wash it out, and let it dry naturally. i do it every week and it leaves my hair silky.

Drink a lot of water. It makes your hair softer! Your diet should also be rich in protein, which will give your hair more strength. So if you're able to, eat fish, meat and dairy. your hair needs minerals too, you could try taking supplements like iron, which is full of oxygen and that will help your hair. otherwise if you don't want to take supplements eat a lot of dark green leafy vegetables and red meats. eat a lot of vitamin a like carrots, vitamin b and c will help your hair grow!
good luck

go to your near by beauty supply house and they will help you by recommending a better deep conditioner. I recommend a proto pak, or you might even want to do a cholesterol treatment also in your beauty supplier and do that once a week , as needed and always follow manufacturers directions

the same thing just happened to me!
you could take vitamins, but that only affects the new growth.
i think the reason your hair doesn't seem to grow, though, is that the ends are damaged and so they keep splitting and breaking off. you should deep condition it more.
when i asked, someone told me to use eggs on my hair, the rest suggested going to a professional or getting a haircut.
but i found this great recipe for a treatment and i think you should try it:
Hot Oil Hair Treatment
21 min 1 min prep
Change to: treatment US Metric
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2-3 drops essential oils
Put honey, oil and essential oil in a plastic bag.
Twist but don't tie.
Pour boiling water in a mug.
Add plastic bag to mug until it warms up.
Apply gently to wet hair.
Don't pour it on your head, put the mixture on your hands and apply to all of your hair.
Wrap up your hair with a showercap, a towel or cling wrap.
Jump in the bath or shower.
Wait twenty minutes, then rinse and wash hair normally.
it worked for me, i hope it works for you!
