Any ideas on how to make hair grow faster?

I was trying to grow my hair last year and I regularly had it trimmed as I was told that makes your hair grow faster, but it didn't! I stopped colouring my hair in the hope...yet again no! I have now resorted to having it in a bob which I admit is nice, but I would love just to be able to have it long for once in my life!! Any ideas please?! Xxx

Sorry - trimming your hair will not make it grow faster - nor does brushing it. But it is a fact your hair does grow faster in the summer months!!

get extensions you can get them on ebay. why not get the clip in ones that way you can have it long by cliping them in or have your bob. they are so easy to use i have them myself, make sure you buy real human hair though as the cheaper ones are noticeable. youll be like rapunzel in no time ! x

just making sure u are eating a balenced diet.

try to put treatments on ur hair to stop split ends from daily wear and tear. so u dnt have to have it cut as much.

also if u straighten ur hair make shore u use heat defence and not striaghten it to much

prenatal vitamins.... i am serious!! they are the best kept beauty secret ever!!! i took them when i was pregnant and my hair and nails grew like weeds. all the vitamins really help your hair to be shiny, skin to be clear, and nails to be strong. it won't hurt you to take them, but i reccomend taking them at night with a full glass of water since they are so strong they sometimes make people nauseous.

Ive herd alot about sea kelp tablets from places like holland and barret or other health food places, i dont think they are too expensive. They really do make your hair grow quicker, look healthy and thicker. I was tempted to buy some as a friend hand some and it really helped her hair, but as well as the hair on your head growing, evrywhere else grows to...so more shaving, waxing etc which personaly, i didnt really fancy!! But dont worry u wont start growing a beard or anything!! Xxx

your hair grows naturally at about half an inch a month a little more in the summer, regular trims do help but they need to be micro trims, your diet helps, and so does good conditioning, colouring does not help nor over processing your hair, ie straighteners blow drying tying it back etc

do not waste your money on products saying they make your hair grow faster they do not work

now you hair is in a bob it should be simple to grow it longer just ask for micro trims nothing more, and the best of luck
