Try a semi-permanent hair color of the color you have the best feeling about. Try one that comes out in 8-10 washes so you can test it out for a week or so. Once you find the base color you like, maybe put in funky highlights in a contrasting color.

Alright, i suggest black hair, and get ULTRA BRIGHT BLUE tips. or some other type of tips. so many people dye there hair one color. its good to be different!

jet black hair w/ hot pink ,neon green, %26amp;bright blue streaks!!! thats pretty unique!! or cut ur hair in layers and keep the top layer black th middle layer pink and the bottom layer green or something now thats really unique!!!
