Any ideas on how to style my hair??

My hair is dirty blonde with natural medium-gold sreaks and i have large-ish curls at the front(straight at he back. it is shoulder length, layered, kind of thick, and is very hard to straighten without it getting frizzy. i would like some nice, INEXPENSIVE ideas. no websites, i'd rather have a few explanations, please. whoever gives me my ffavorite idea TODAY will get their 10 points from me.. thanks!!

i have the same problem trying to straighten mine. but at walmart or something they have straightening spray and i put alot of that on mine for every section i straighten ! it works ! or you could curl the rest of it ! you could put it in a high ponytail with one of those hump things in the front and maybe leave a curl or 2 down ! hope i helped
