Any ideas to make hair fuller/thicker?

first- get a GOOD volumising shampoo- John Freida for brown hair if it is brown as is shown on your avatar, has it with volumizing effect. Put very little conditioner on the tips of ur hair to make it easy to comb. Blow dry it while ur head is upside down, and after putting hair-musse or volumizing hair spray on the roots. If you have time- use a round brush while blow drying ur hair. The smaller the round brush is and the smaller the bunches of hair u dry, the more volume it will have. Each time before washing ur hair, massage some almond oil in it, wait at least15 min and wash as i suggested. The last rinse of the hair should be with a little vinegar( 3-4 tablespoons) dissolved in water, for example in a little bottle from mineral water. The vinegar washes away all left overs from shampoo and neutralises the left's from the conditioner and the oil. It will make ur hair naturally full of volume, thickness and very, very shiny!!! Trust me- it works!!!! Ive been doing that for more than 5 years already and my hair looks like from a shampoo comercial!!! Good luck!!

Don't use conditioner, it weighs your hair down. Also, buy all natural Hemp shampoos that don't have any extra crap to weigh your hair down as well.

put beer in your hair. really, buy like a can or something of any type of beer, pour in your hair, let it sit for about an hour or two, and then shampoo and condition like normal. do this every week or twice every two weeks and it'll help, i promise.

I have very fine, limp, thin hair and I find when I use any dort of volumizing product it just weighs my hair down. I find blow drying my hair upside down and using a touch of hair spray goes a long way. Or velcro rollers they give a natural boost to your hair.

Use a volumizing shampoo and conditioner. Almost all shampoo brands have their own (Suave, Pantene, Dova, Sunsilk, John Frieda, etc). I currently use the John Frieda and love it, and I've heard wonderful things about Dove's volumizing shampoo.

After you get out of the shower, apply volumizing mousse or volumizing spray onto your roots, and blow dry your hair upside down. Again, any brand has it...to me, the brand doesn't matter as much as how you use it. Of course, your hair may look really wild when you flip it back over, but you can tame it with a curling/straightening iron.

When you're styling it and it's still flat, you can use a fine-tooth comb to backcomb/tease at the roots a little. Be careful because a lot of this can damage your hair.

Finish with hair spray that's lightweight (and if you need to refresh during the day, you can spray hairspray onto the roots, hold your head upside down for a minute, then flip it back over).
