I have the exact same problem. The best straightener to get is a Wet 2 Straight. Even if you use it when your hair is dry, it will still work SOOO good. There are all kinds of cremes and gels that straighten hair. I use John Frieda Fizz-Ease (you can get it at Wal-Mart. It's in a glass bottle with a dropper in it. If you rub that through your hair while it's still slightly damp and then straighten it with the Wet 2 Straight, you will have hair that is super straight. Good luck, I feel ya on the whole frizzy hair thing!

Go to Wal Mart and to the Hair styling section. There you will find many types of hair straighteners. It really depends on how think your hair is. I bought mine for $15.99 and I have had it for about two years. It really works.

I usually wait for my hair to air dry a bit after I get out of the shower and I put my hair in sections before blowdrying...I know it's a hassle but I also know if you grow your hair longer it takes a lot less time then when it is shorter

I got this WONDERFUL hair straightener, it's a wet 2 dry straightener, like $25 from walmart, and i use a thermasilk product specifically for heat-treated hair. Spray a little on while your hair is still damp, and then use the flat iron to straighten that piece. At first it will take about 40 mins to do your entire head, depending on how long your hair is, but as you do it more often, it won't take as long.

CHI's are great.

Use a CHI straightener. Also, if you have the right type of hair, you could get a relaxer at the hair salon. That's what I get, and it stays super straight for months.

After you take a bath let it dry a bit for while. While your hair is somewhat wet section your back hair in 1/4 or 1/2 thick from bottom to top put hair clip on the upper portion of your back hair. Start straightening the lowest part from your nape and move to the upper portion of every section. To check if there are still remaining curls or wave. Go the the mirror where you can see your entire back of your hair stand facing your back on the mirror and hold another mirror in front of you so you can see if all your back hair are straightened up or you still need to re-straighten the remaining wavy or curly part you've miss. I hope this can help you although it will take some time doing it.
